The following general terms apply to all use of 588bet's services. They are binding for every member without exception.

Scope of Application

• These terms and conditions apply to the 588bet website, mobile pages, and all associated services.
• These rules apply equally regardless of which device you use to access 588bet.
• Using third-party software or bots to access 588bet is strictly prohibited.
• 588bet's logo, brand name, and content may not be used without prior permission.

Contact Language

588bet communicates with members in both Bengali and English. Our support team is fully equipped to assist you in Bengali. In the event of any discrepancy between the Bengali and English versions of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

To open an account on 588bet, certain conditions must be met. All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.

Registration Requirements

• The account holder must be at least 18 years of age.
• Each individual may register only one account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The mobile number and email address used during registration must be your own.
• Account login credentials must not be shared with anyone.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person using your account is not permitted.

KYC Verification

Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. This requires a clear photo of your National ID or passport, along with a selfie. Once KYC is successfully completed, you won't need to do it again. However, 588bet reserves the right to request re-verification at any time for security purposes.

Below is a detailed overview of the rules governing financial transactions on 588bet. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit is ৳300, and the maximum limit is determined by your payment method and account tier.
• Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
• All deposits must be made from a mobile banking number registered in your own name.
• Deposits made from another person's number will not be accepted and the amount will be returned.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. Completing KYC verification can speed this up further.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile banking number used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals cannot be made until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled unless 588bet chooses to do so for specific reasons.
• If a technical issue prevents a bet from being accepted before a match starts, 588bet will void the bet and return the full stake.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, the bets for that match will be settled in accordance with the standard betting rules.
• Odds in live betting change in real time — the odds at the moment of confirmation are final.

Odds Error

588bet reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly incorrect odds — for example, odds significantly higher than the actual market price. In such cases, the full stake will be refunded. Attempting to exploit system errors will be treated as fraudulent behaviour.

588bet regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer comes with its own terms. The general rules below apply to all bonuses.

Wagering Requirement

• After receiving a bonus, you must meet a specified wagering requirement — typically 15 to 30 times the bonus amount.
• Every bonus has an expiry date — if the wagering requirement is not met within that period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Only one bonus offer can be active at a time.
• The maximum withdrawable amount from a bonus is specified separately for each offer.

Bonus Abuse

Abusing the bonus system — such as opening accounts under multiple family members' names to claim the welcome bonus repeatedly — is strictly prohibited. If such behaviour is detected, all associated accounts will be closed.

588bet believes gaming is a form of entertainment — not a source of income or livelihood. With that in mind, we have put in place a number of protective measures for our members.

Protective Tools

• Deposit Limit: You can set a maximum deposit limit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• Self-Exclusion: You have the option to temporarily deactivate your account for a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: You can take a break ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Reality Check: You will receive periodic reminders showing how long you have been playing.

These features can be activated from 588bet's Responsible Gaming page. If you feel your gaming is getting out of control, contact support immediately.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 588bet. Violation of any one of these may result in immediate account closure.

• Betting on match-fixing or using insider information.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automation software.
• Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Coordinated betting on behalf of others or as part of a group (arbitrage groups).
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or glitches in the platform.
• Depositing through money laundering or illegal funds.

Either the member or 588bet may initiate account closure.

Closed at Member's Request

To close your account voluntarily, submit a written request to the support team. Please withdraw your balance before doing so. Once closed, reactivation may take a minimum of 30 days.

Closed by 588bet

• Participating in prohibited activities.
• Registering with false information.
• No account activity for an extended period (12+ months).
• Complying with regulatory authority guidelines.

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, the balance and any bonuses may be forfeited. However, if the closure is for a legitimate reason — such as prolonged inactivity — any valid balance will be returned.

588bet reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. However, members will be notified at least 7 days in advance of any significant changes via SMS or email.

• Updated terms take effect from the stated date and apply to all members.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may close your account and withdraw your balance before the effective date.
• Continuing to use the platform after any changes have taken effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
